The Jongert 30 T sailing yacht "EXCHANGE" (ex "INFATUATION") is a sailing yacht in mint condition with a six months
shipyard guarantee by the owner. A sister ship is currently under construction at a contract price of EUR 8,500,000.
This Jongert of the traditional line is, thanks to this series‘ excellent performance
on fast ocean passages, ideal for long range cruises and exceptional charter.
She sleeps 6 people in three cabins plus the crew quarter which is completely
separated from the owner‘s and guests‘ private accommodation area.
Deck and main saloon are connected by an open gallery.
Owner and guests can thus enjoy the highest comfort in a classic and light flooded surrounding in all quiet.
The Offer
The purchase price of EXCHANGE is EUR 4,500,000.
Included in the purchase price are a new hull varnish in the favourite colour of the new owner and yacht management for 1 year.
The Financing
If desired, the purchase price could be partially financed at the interest rate of under three percent, redemption-free. Exempt from charges, the financing can be abandoned any time; only the yacht and the transfer of the insurance policy rights serve as security.
The Special offer
The vessel's overall running costs can be completely covered by 12 weeks of charter which will be guaranteed by the current owner.
Charter period of 12 weeks per year guarantees the complete cost recovery and remains sufficient time (40 weeks)
for private use and for further charters to make a profit.

Offer / Benefits
With a guaranteed charter of 12 weeks a year, a net income of 12 x EUR 20,000 can be obtained. Thereby, all arising expenses as listed below would be covered. This is guaranteed by the owner.
A berth in Antibes and in Palma de Mallorca is guaranteed.
An experienced captain and his wife, who have both been working aboard Jongert yachts for several years, stand by. In case of charter, two other persons can be placed.
The yacht insurance can be transferred at a very favourable premium rate.
